Welcome to NanoPhotoStudio. These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your access to and use of our AI portrait generation services. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Usage & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. User Content & Ownership

You retain all rights to the photos you upload. You grant NanoPhotoStudio a limited license to process your photos solely for the purpose of generating portraits. We do not use your photos for model training without your explicit consent. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you upload.

3. Generated Content Rights

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you own the rights to the images generated by the service. Pro plan users are granted a commercial license. Free tier users are granted a non-commercial, personal use license.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You strictly agree not to generate content that is: illegal, sexually explicit, hateful, harassing, or depicts public figures without consent. We reserve the right to ban users who violate these safety guidelines.

5. Payments & Refunds

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time purchases if you are not satisfied with the results. Refund requests must be submitted via support.

6. AI Disclaimer

The service uses artificial intelligence and may produce unpredictable results. We do not guarantee that the generated images will be a perfect likeness or free from artifacts. The service is provided 'as is'.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NanoPhotoStudio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
